Senior Program Manager - 11223

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

Set and monitor cost reduction goals in collaboration with the management team and other stakeholders.
Identify new cost-saving opportunities in partnership with various service functions.
Develop and calculate business cases for cost reduction improvements and projects.
Ensure savings are accurately updated in the One Web system, either by updating directly or coordinating updates with other teams.
Support portfolio management of business development projects.
Prepare and present status updates and reports to the local management team.

What You Bring:

Proven experience in compiling and presenting data and creating impactful presentations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile and interpret complex data.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI is a strong advantage.
Basic understanding of developing and evaluating business cases.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach to work.
Familiarity with processes in similar industries.
A university degree in a relevant field.
