Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead and coordinate the SHAKE program, ensuring alignment with the Microsoft agreement, vision, roadmap, and migration plans
- Ensure all deadlines linked to the Microsoft agreement are met, including handling license exceptions in 2027
- Drive and coordinate program activities directly or through mobilized teams and product owners
- Build collaborative structures with product teams, architects, and process owners
- Maintain close dialogue with parallel initiatives such as Operation Falköga
- Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and report to Epic Owner and portfolio management
- Contribute to iterative development of the program’s vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and follow-up meetings
What you bring:
- 20+ years of experience as a line manager, program manager, or project manager in similar assignments
- Proven expertise in managing Microsoft agreements/licenses and digital workplace programs
- Strong background in change management and business development with measurable results
- IT knowledge and experience implementing digital workplace and IT solutions
- Ability to lead within matrix organizations and coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills across all levels
- Structured, analytical, and self-driven with a strong sense of accountability
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
Meritorious:
- Experience in healthcare, regional, or public sector assignments
- Knowledge and prior experience with Västra Götaland Region
- Background in portfolio management
- Familiarity with the SAFe framework
