Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager  to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead and manage a program of strategic initiatives covering core business processes across multiple units.
• Establish and run a program office, including governance models, reporting structures, and decision-making processes.
• Coordinate multiple sub-projects and cross-functional streams to ensure alignment with program goals.
• Integrate ongoing projects and initiate new projects to create a stable, scalable program structure.
• Oversee operational coordination and management of ongoing projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Identify, analyze, and manage risks, remove obstacles, and ensure program objectives are met.
• Drive organizational change and embed new ways of working within the program scope.
• Communicate program status, risks, and achievements to program owners, steering groups, management teams, and the board.

What you bring:

• Documented experience leading and managing complex programs, reporting to C-level executives and/or boards.
• Proven ability to align programs with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
• Experience in running programs in mission-critical areas, including central or store functions.
• Track record in building and leading program offices with effective governance, reporting, and decision-making.
• Strong skills in coordinating multiple sub-projects and acting as primary program management contact.
• Experience in risk management, issue resolution, and ensuring delivery quality.
• Ability to staff programs with appropriate expertise and manage personnel effectively.
• Experience in driving change and embedding new working methods within an organization.
• Fluent in Swedish and strong English communication and documentation skills.
• At least 10 years of senior program management experience with significant budget, personnel, and delivery responsibilities.
• Merit: experience in complex system changes, SAP implementations, cloud-based retail systems (e.g., GK Cloud4Retail), combined development models (SAFe, Agile), and sustainability or architectural integration within programs.
