Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager – Embedded Platform to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead and manage a team of approximately 40 contributors across hardware and software disciplines
Plan and drive sprints, releases, and progress reporting for program follow-up
Manage resources by coordinating needs with line managers and ensuring alignment with budget and forecasts
Collaborate with architects to define technical development requirements and align with PM, Sales, and Support to prioritize features, technology upgrades, and long-term roadmap planning
Support the organizational shift from hardware-focused development to software and application-driven value creation
Continuously develop and refine working methods, testing new approaches and introducing best practices across projects
Coach other Project Managers and Product Owners in applying improved methodologies

What you bring:

Strong technical understanding of embedded systems and Android-based platforms
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams in complex environments
Experience in sprint planning, release management, and budget responsibility
Ability to balance technical, business, and customer requirements to prioritize effectively
Self-driven, pragmatic, and adaptable mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to work with diverse technical and business functions
Skilled at presenting information clearly in both writing and speaking
Positive and motivating attitude, contributing to a strong team culture
Fluent in English and Swedish.
