Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Support a major system and process transformation within People & Culture across multiple workstreams
Coordinate activities and ensure alignment by supporting the overall project manager
Plan and organize project tasks, track delegated actions, monitor deadlines, and consolidate status updates
Facilitate communication with IT regarding system-related questions and dependencies
Support process harmonization, system decoupling activities, and preparation for upcoming changes
Foster a positive, collaborative, people-centred, and data-driven project environment
Update project plans, maintain risk registers, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and capture project progress
Provide administrative support to enable strategic and operational decision-making

What you bring:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Organization, HR, or Change Management
Strong understanding of HR systems
Leadership experience and the ability to drive work forward
Experience coordinating change projects within HRIT or HR digitalization
Fluency in Swedish and English
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
Experience building and facilitating teams and cross-functional collaboration
Structured, proactive, and able to manage complexity through consistent follow-up
Collaborative, trust-building approach with clear and audience-adapted communication
Self-driven, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify obstacles early and propose practical actions
Adaptability and resilience in fast-moving environments, with an inclusive and facilitative way of working
