Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Cross-Functional Project Lead – Product Evolution & Industrialization to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Verification & Validation, Finance, and Quality teams to drive product evolutions to Installed Base (IB)
- Oversee the introduction and implementation of product changes in the manufacturing plant
- Ensure alignment and consistency with parallel developments across other vehicle development teams and workstreams
- Manage and coordinate deliverables across functions, supported by domain-specific engineers within the team
- Synchronize scope and timing of deliverables with counterparts in impacted teams and affected workstreams
- Apply lead/trail principles to coordinate product updates that span multiple vehicle development teams
- Steer and guide development activities to ensure delivery meets defined Quality targets
What you bring:
- Proven experience in project management methodologies and tools
- Strong technical expertise in body domain technologies and manufacturing processes
- Solid understanding of global truck architecture and system-level vehicle integration
- Knowledge of business case development and budgeting processes
- Proficiency in risk management and use of quality assurance tools
- Familiarity with agile methods and ability to apply them in cross-functional engineering environments
- Working knowledge of Catia V5 and Kola tools
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills across diverse engineering and operational teams
