Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Management Office (PMO) Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the IS program and project portfolio.
Lead the PMO team and oversee delivery to ensure alignment with agreed targets.
Act as the primary interface with internal business units and third-party execution resources.
Develop and maintain a robust and flexible IS program/project execution methodology.
Identify potential risks within the portfolio and propose effective mitigation strategies.
Serve as an escalation point for critical issues requiring resolution.
Monitor and report on program and project progress to ensure alignment with business priorities.

Proven experience in managing IS programs and project portfolios.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop a PMO team.
Excellent planning, organizational, and coordination abilities.
Expertise in developing and implementing project execution methodologies.
Skilled at identifying risks and executing effective mitigation strategies.
Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to balance multiple priorities and ensure successful delivery under tight timelines.
Familiarity with managing third-party project execution resources.
