Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for product development to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Manage all phases of a mid-sized industrial product development project, ensuring alignment with R&D development processes.
- Oversee project scope, cost, budget, resource allocation, timelines, and risks, ensuring project objectives are met within agreed parameters.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project progress, resource availability, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Utilize planning tools such as Planview, Primavera, MSP, and Microsoft 360 to track and optimize project workflows.
- Lead project reporting and stakeholder communication, ensuring transparency on project milestones, deliverables, and risks.
- Operate within a hybrid work environment, maintaining 50-60% onsite presence to ensure effective collaboration and project management.
- Engage in continuous interaction with team members and stakeholders to maintain alignment with project goals.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in managing mid-sized industrial product development projects, particularly in machinery or gas turbine development.
- In-depth understanding of structured product development processes in an R&D environment.
- Certification in PMI or IPMA (preferred).
- Proficiency in using project planning tools such as Planview, Primavera, MSP, and Microsoft 360.
- Strong skills in managing cost, scope, resource allocation, risk management, and project timelines.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model, with a strong onsite presence when required.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
