Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead the implementation of a Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) system with a part-centric approach, driving tool implementation, business development, and process improvements.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other large, parallel tool development projects to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Manage project timelines, technology integration, and financial aspects to ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Implement Scrum methodologies, working closely with teams to drive agile practices, and support the transition to a more agile organization.
- Work within an international environment, collaborating with global teams to ensure consistency across regions.
- Support change management efforts by fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across various stakeholders.
What you bring:
- Proven experience managing large-scale tool and business development implementation projects.
- Strong background in project management, with a focus on time, technology, and finance management.
- Solid experience working in international environments, handling cross-cultural challenges effectively.
- Experience in implementing Scrum practices, preferably with experience acting as a Product Owner in a complex organization.
- Experience in large organizations, ideally in industries related to gas turbine development or similar fields.
- Knowledge and experience with part-centric approaches are highly desirable.
- Fluent communication skills in both English and Swedish.
- Experience with Teamcenter is considered a valuable asset.
