Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Manage the implementation of a SOC and SIEM solution to enhance IT security.
Lead the migration of Microsoft servers, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and core operations, to align project goals with organizational needs.
Plan, execute, and follow up on project deliverables, ensuring adherence to time, budget, and quality parameters.
Drive efficient, structured project management to achieve measurable results.
Address operational and infrastructure-related challenges while implementing security solutions.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders across various roles and levels within the organization.

What you bring:

Proven experience in implementing security solutions within IT projects.
Strong project management expertise in IT operations and infrastructure.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and roles.
Experience in planning, execution, and follow-up of complex IT projects.
A structured and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive results.
Fluent in English and Swedish.
(Preferred) Experience in managing SOC and SIEM implementation projects.
(Preferred) Experience in leading Microsoft platform migration projects.
(Preferred) Familiarity with project management within public organizations.
(Preferred) Knowledge of PPS project management methodology.
