Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
- Leading and managing projects in complex environments, ensuring alignment with stakeholder and decision-maker expectations.
- Negotiating effectively to achieve project goals and foster strong relationships across teams.
- Training and mentoring team members on processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Delegating tasks and coaching team members to meet delivery expectations while maintaining a focus on team well-being.
- Communicating project status and required actions to stakeholders, both within the organization and in steering group meetings.
- Facilitating and presenting in larger steering group meetings in an international setting.
- Collaborating across departments, including product development, purchasing, logistics, and production, to drive project success.
- Applying knowledge of electrical and embedded systems in vehicles, with a focus on heavy trucks.
What You Bring:
- A relevant university degree in Computer Science, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in product development, purchasing, logistics, production, or industrial engineering.
- Proven project management experience, with a strong ability to lead in complex and dynamic situations.
- Knowledge and experience in working with heavy trucks, including expertise in electrical systems and/or embedded systems in vehicles.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present strategies and project updates to high-level management and steering groups.
- Fluency in English and Swedish, enabling seamless communication in an international environment.
- A curious, structured, and proactive personality, with a focus on fostering team collaboration and delivering results.
