Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Lead and manage projects within Digital Infrastructure at Intraservice
  • Plan, coordinate, follow up, and report on project progress
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Intraservice and the city’s operations
  • Ensure ongoing coordination with project owners and steering groups
  • Develop project directives and plans following PPS methodology
  • Use Antura for project monitoring and reporting
  • Ensure project deliveries align with applicable laws, standards, and guidelines in IT security

What you bring:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager leading IT projects
  • Experience managing projects in the IT security domain
  • Knowledge of project methodologies such as Prince2 or PPS
  • Experience working in municipal operations or complex organizations
  • Ability to handle laws, standards, and guidelines within IT security (e.g., NIS Directive, GDPR, ISO 27001)
  • Certifications or training in IT security
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form
  • Structured, goal-oriented, and collaborative mindset with a problem-solving approach
