Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead a multi-stream project involving data collection, change management, training, and cross-country implementation
Develop and execute detailed project plans, ensuring alignment across workstreams and adapting to varying legal frameworks
Coordinate with internal teams including HR, legal, IT, and finance to ensure smooth execution
Manage external stakeholders and vendors as needed
Oversee procurement processes (RFI/RFP) for the selection of tools or partners related to data analysis and compliance reporting
Ensure consistent and accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle

What you bring:

Proven experience in leading large-scale, cross-functional projects within HR, compliance, or legal frameworks
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders
In-depth knowledge of Swedish labor law and compensation regulations
Experience working with CSRD or similar compliance frameworks is meriting
Familiarity with procurement and vendor selection processes (RFI/RFP)
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Strong organizational skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach
