Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead the execution of medium to large-scale customer projects with moderate complexity
- Ensure all project activities comply with contractual obligations, company policies, quality standards, HSE requirements, financial targets, and timelines
- Establish the project execution strategy and oversee project handover, execution planning, monitoring, and control
- Coordinate and manage both internal and external resources to deliver successful project outcomes
- Drive the implementation of a new digital software tool for electrical engineering applications
- Support digitalization initiatives within the electrical power systems domain
- Apply both Agile and Waterfall methodologies throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage stakeholders effectively and ensure alignment across project phases
- Facilitate change management processes and ensure user adoption of new tools
- Ensure successful delivery of project goals within budget, on time, and with high quality standards
What you bring:
- PMP® or IPMA Level B/C certification (or equivalent)
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience in managing complex projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably with experience in electrical systems or related HITACHI ENERGY domain
- Alternatively, a technical degree with 10–15 years of relevant industry experience
- Proven ability to assess, propose, and implement recovery strategies for challenged projects
- Hands-on experience with digital tool implementation and system digitalization
- Practical knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
- Strong stakeholder and change management capabilities
- Experience with product lifecycle management
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
