Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead the execution of medium to large-scale customer projects with moderate complexity
Ensure all project activities comply with contractual obligations, company policies, quality standards, HSE requirements, financial targets, and timelines
Establish the project execution strategy and oversee project handover, execution planning, monitoring, and control
Coordinate and manage both internal and external resources to deliver successful project outcomes
Drive the implementation of a new digital software tool for electrical engineering applications
Support digitalization initiatives within the electrical power systems domain
Apply both Agile and Waterfall methodologies throughout the project lifecycle
Manage stakeholders effectively and ensure alignment across project phases
Facilitate change management processes and ensure user adoption of new tools
Ensure successful delivery of project goals within budget, on time, and with high quality standards

What you bring:

PMP® or IPMA Level B/C certification (or equivalent)
Minimum of six (6) years of experience in managing complex projects
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably with experience in electrical systems or related HITACHI ENERGY domain
Alternatively, a technical degree with 10–15 years of relevant industry experience
Proven ability to assess, propose, and implement recovery strategies for challenged projects
Hands-on experience with digital tool implementation and system digitalization
Practical knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
Strong stakeholder and change management capabilities
Experience with product lifecycle management
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
