Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead and manage international delivery projects for Bank and Filter installations
Own the financial and technical responsibility for assigned projects, ensuring high-quality execution
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building and maintaining strong professional relationships
Coordinate with internal departments including Engineering, Planning, Procurement, and Shipping, as well as production facilities in China, India, and Bulgaria
Monitor, report, and communicate project progress to both internal teams and external stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, challenging current ways of working across multiple functions

What you bring:

Academic degree in Engineering with several years of project management experience
Strong leadership and organizational skills with a collaborative, open-minded, and communicative approach
Proven ability to manage projects independently with a service-oriented and solution-focused mindset
Experience working in multicultural, cross-functional teams with a willingness to share and gain knowledge
Background in power quality and capacitor business is considered a strong advantage
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential; Swedish is not required
Willingness to travel occasionally as part of project coordination
Experience working in SAP is a plus
