Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with customer expectations and organizational goals
Lead daily activities as Scrum Master, facilitating agile development processes within cross-functional teams
Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders and engineering teams
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency and alignment
Coordinate internal software and hardware teams to meet project milestones and deliverables
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies
Oversee day-to-day project execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
Report project performance and updates to both internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring consistent communication

What you bring:

Over 5 years of project management experience, preferably within the automotive industry
Solid background in managing projects involving ADAS and autonomous driving (AD) technologies
Proven experience in risk management and resource planning
Strong leadership skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Previous experience as a Scrum Master guiding agile product development teams
Excellent communication skills with the ability to create clear and concise reports for internal and external audiences
Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and project alignment
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
