Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Execute medium-sized customer or internal projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in line with contractual obligations
Secure customer satisfaction, contractual compliance, and target fulfilment while driving financial results
Lead the project team by defining guidelines, allocating tasks, and motivating both internal and external resources to achieve project milestones
Provide clear performance feedback and guidance to allocated project resources
Manage negotiations with suppliers and customer representatives, including handling deviations and claims
Ensure that all project activities comply with company policies, quality standards, HSE requirements, and schedule commitments

What you bring:

Certified Project Manager with PMP® certification from PMI or IPMA Level C/D, or equivalent qualification
At least three years of proven experience managing projects of varying size, complexity, and contractual types
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or another technical degree with 10–15 years of relevant work experience
Strong track record in project execution, contract management, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving successful project outcomes
Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
