Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

Lead and manage delivery projects for high-voltage component installations, ensuring successful execution from start to finish
Take full financial and technical responsibility for your assigned projects
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering strong and long-term relationships
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Shipping, and production facilities in China, India, and Bulgaria
Monitor, report, and communicate project progress both internally and externally, ensuring alignment with scope, time, and budget
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, challenging the business to develop across technical, commercial, and operational areas

What you bring

Academic degree in engineering and 10+ years of project management experience, with a genuine passion for the field
Strong leadership skills, with a collaborative, communicative, and open-minded approach
Proactive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to find creative solutions to complex challenges
Experience working in diverse, multicultural teams and an eagerness to share knowledge while learning from others
Background in power quality and capacitor business is a strong advantage
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to engage effectively with global stakeholders
Experience with SAP is considered a plus
Flexibility to travel when needed; remote work can be discussed
Prior experience working with the customer is highly desirable
