Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead and manage the team in organizing, monitoring, and executing current and future projects related to vehicle service information
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D and IT, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of service information systems
Oversee the development and implementation of processes to maintain the highest quality of service information
Navigate technological shifts and implement innovative solutions to ensure safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness
Actively participate in planning, coordination, and specialist tasks to support the team’s objectives
Drive continuous improvement in work methods and processes, aligning with both agile and traditional development approaches

What you bring:

Engineering degree or equivalent experience in a similar role
Proven experience as a project manager within IT environments
Fluency in English, with strong communication skills
Comfortable working in dynamic environments that use both agile and traditional development methods
Experience and knowledge of agile methodologies; familiarity with the SAFe framework is advantageous
Ability to see the big picture, prioritize initiatives, and improve work methods and processes
Experience with product development processes is a plus
