Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On

Lead and coordinate development projects within the R&D department for trucks and heavy vehicles.
Act as the central point of communication and planning across multiple groups and organizational levels.
Manage project risks, deviations, and timelines, ensuring alignment with market and legal requirements.
Conduct meetings, present project status to various forums, and report progress to stakeholders.
Facilitate collaboration between different functions, including production, purchasing, marketing, and design teams.
Support project planning activities and contribute to continuous improvement within the project office.

What You Bring

Proven experience in product development projects within the automotive industry.
Deep knowledge and long-term hands-on experience with PDM systems, particularly OAS.
Understanding of how PDM systems are used across different functions and by different user groups.
Experience collaborating across multiple areas and organizational levels.
Advantageous: prior experience in design work.
Strong leadership skills, confidence, and the ability to maintain a wide professional network.
Excellent communication and planning abilities, with a focus on delivering results in complex, cross-functional projects.
Fluent in English and Swedish.
