Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead and coordinate the implementation of Smartsheet, integrating the tool into the project department’s processes.
Develop and execute change communication strategies to engage employees and stakeholders, fostering commitment to new ways of working.
Plan and deliver training sessions and workshops to enhance understanding and adoption of Smartsheet.
Manage project risks, quality, schedule, and budget throughout the transformation.
Define and document project scope, goals, interfaces, and expected outcomes in project start and end reports.
Collaborate with strategic working groups and stakeholders to achieve transformation objectives.
Document and report progress to the project sponsor and section manager.

What you bring:

3–6 years of experience in transformation management, digitalization, and project management.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Smartsheet as a project management tool.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and structure work effectively.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Commitment to facilitating project participants and ensuring successful task completion.
Positive attitude toward learning new systems and adapting to new routines.
Fluent in English and Swedish.
