Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead the Dashboard X initiative as Project Manager, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity and data governance requirements.
- Enhance project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Identify stakeholders and establish clear communication plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate regular team meetings, stand-ups, and progress reviews.
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles to maintain project momentum.
- Monitor project budget and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Track project progress using KPIs and dashboards, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage change requests and assess their impact on project scope, security, and overall delivery.
- Ensure proper documentation and handover at project closure.
- Contribute to data integration and visualization efforts, bridging multiple data sources to create actionable insights for stakeholders.
What you bring:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a track record of successful project delivery, including high-priority or time-sensitive initiatives.
- Strong ability to manage change and adoption in global organizations.
- Excellent communication skills with a transparent, collaborative, and proactive style.
- Knowledge of Power BI and data lake concepts.
- Driven, curious mindset, and ability to thrive in challenging and complex environments.
- Strong people skills and team leadership capabilities.
- Meriting: prior experience at Sandvik, cybersecurity knowledge, understanding of GDPR, ISO 27001, and other compliance frameworks.
- Ability to translate business needs into project goals and align with organizational strategy.
- High generalist competence with independence and accountability in managing larger groups or complex initiatives.
