What you will work on:

• Lead and deliver company-wide Operations Excellence (OpEx) improvement projects from initiation to closure
• Plan, execute and monitor projects according to defined goals, timelines and budgets
• Drive change management initiatives to ensure organizational alignment and readiness
• Develop and implement structured change strategies to support adoption of new ways of working
• Communicate progress, challenges and outcomes to stakeholders across all levels of the business
• Collaborate with process owners, process leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to secure project success
• Identify, assess and manage project risks and issues proactively
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Follow up, evaluate and report project status and results to management
• Coach and support teams through transformation initiatives to build change capability

What you bring:

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience with a strong focus on change management
• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering change and transformation projects
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
• Hands-on experience with improvement tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive engagement and influence stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a structured and results-oriented work style
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and within complex organizational structures
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
