Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead data-driven initiatives to define, structure and implement business-critical KPIs across the organization
• Map and structure data domains with clear ownership to enable a scalable Data Governance framework
• Analyze current system landscape and identify gaps in data flows, integration and system support
• Establish roles, processes and principles for data ownership, data quality, metadata management and information modeling
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to align data requirements with business objectives
• Lead workshops and stakeholder discussions to translate business needs into target data models and governance structures
• Implement structured and sustainable processes for data management and documentation
• Contribute to building a data-driven culture that supports future use of AI and advanced analytics
• Ensure alignment with modern data architecture principles and support long-term data platform evolution
• Report progress, risks and dependencies to steering groups and business stakeholders

What you bring:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working within data and analytics, e.g. BI consultant, data architect, data analyst or similar
• Proven experience leading data-driven projects and developing KPIs that support business value realization
• Strong understanding of IT architecture and modern data platforms, preferably including cloud-based solutions
• Hands-on experience working with data integration, data lakes and complex data environments
• Practical knowledge of Data Governance principles including data ownership, metadata management and data quality
• Experience implementing structured processes for data management and data catalog development
• Ability to translate business challenges into actionable data requirements and governance structures
• Strong communication skills and experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder alignment
• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Experience in the real estate industry or other asset-intensive sectors is an advantage
• Background from consulting assignments driving data maturity journeys is a plus
• Structured, independent and business-oriented mindset with the ability to drive clarity in complex environments
