Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead the end-to-end project to ensure compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive
Interpret legislative requirements and translate them into practical processes, measures, system support and analytics
Drive the development and implementation of a cohesive and compliant overall solution
Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team including HR, system development and data analytics experts
Align project scope, timeline and deliverables with key stakeholders across the organization
Ensure clear documentation, communication and governance throughout the project
Monitor risks, dependencies and progress to secure successful implementation

What you bring:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or a related field
5+ years of project management experience, including leading HR-related projects
Strong understanding of the EU Pay Transparency Directive (Pay Transparency Act)
Proven experience working with and leading projects in large organizations
Fluency in Swedish and English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
