Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Leading the PM responsibilities within the Fenix Program to support the IOS Fenix Transition and ensure AOS/AOM Application Operation Services readiness before 2026-03-31
- Managing multiple interdependent activities required for contract changes, service readiness, and operational alignment
- Coordinating closely with DPOs, application teams, IOS, and the Fenix T&T Program to secure delivery across a complex stakeholder landscape
- Collaborating with Tech as the infrastructure partner, ensuring alignment of responsibilities, expectations, and delivery timelines
- Steering transition- and transformation-related efforts across infrastructure and application services
- Driving structured communication, status reporting, and decision-making processes with senior stakeholders
- Ensuring risks, dependencies, and escalations are handled proactively and consistently to secure program milestones
What you bring:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a senior project manager leading large, complex IT programs
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to be firm, consistent, and effective in challenging stakeholder environments
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to manage senior stakeholders across multiple organizations
- Deep understanding of infrastructure and application landscapes within large enterprise environments
- Experience working in transition and transformation programs, ideally within infrastructure services
- Valuable background from VG D&IT or similar large-scale enterprise IT organizations
- Ability to operate independently, drive clarity, and secure delivery in a fast-paced and high-demand environment
