Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead the implementation of a new analytics platform supporting increased data-driven decision-making across the organization
• Act as project manager alongside the main project manager, with primary responsibility for the user perspective and functional design
• Drive requirements, design, and prioritization of analytics functionality including analysis, visualization, and reporting
• Ensure integration of the analytics platform with existing data sources, systems, and architectures
• Lead change management and business anchoring to ensure adoption of new analytics capabilities
• Plan, structure, document, and follow up on project phases, deliveries, and milestones
• Manage budgets, progress reporting, and communication towards steering groups
• Collaborate closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners in a complex project environment

What you bring:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a project manager within digital transformation or change initiatives
• At least 2 years of experience leading complex IT or data projects in medium or large organizations
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with BI and analytics solutions
• Documented experience in structured project work, including planning, documentation, and delivery management
• Solid understanding of data integrations, data modeling, data governance, and data architecture
• Proven experience in change management and driving business adoption during system implementations
• Experience managing budgets, follow-up, and reporting to steering groups
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Documented experience leading data or analytics-focused projects in larger organizations
• Academic degree in IT or equivalent knowledge gained through professional experience
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, and willingness to undergo security clearance

Meriting experience:

• Experience from assignments within the financial sector and/or government agencies
• Hands-on experience with Python
• Experience working with SAS
• Experience using Power BI
• Certification in project management
• Experience working in agile environments, preferably according to the SAFe framework
