Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Automotive Hardware & Software to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead complete cross-functional automotive projects, encompassing both hardware and software components.
Manage teams with representatives from Product Development, Verification & Validation, Production, Purchasing, Service Market Technology, and other functions.
Collaborate closely with colleagues from Group Trucks Technology, Electromobility organization, Connected Solutions, and other departments as required.
Act as both Chief Project Manager and Technical Project Manager depending on project needs.
Ensure delivery of project objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate project planning, execution, risk management, and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Drive alignment across functions to optimize project outcomes and adherence to standards.

What you bring:

Minimum 8 years of project management experience in the automotive industry, coordinating cross-functional teams.
University degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant work experience.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions.
Excellent communication skills, fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Proven ability to handle projects with combined hardware, software, and electrical/electronics content.
Flexibility and adaptability to take on both technical and managerial responsibilities.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational capabilities.
