Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Cooling Systems to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead projects focused on the design and development of customized cooling systems for the offshore and offshore wind power industries.
Perform design work and technical calculations to ensure optimal performance and compliance with specifications.
Collaborate with classification societies, customers, and suppliers to ensure project alignment and regulatory compliance.
Monitor and follow up on both in-house and external production activities to maintain quality and delivery targets.
Contribute to purchasing activities related to project requirements and supplier coordination.
Support product development initiatives and participate in innovation projects within cooling technologies.
Provide quotation support and collaborate closely with the sales team during the tender phase.
Prepare and review technical drawings and documentation for both sales and production purposes.
Conduct customer, supplier, and production site visits as required by project needs.

What you bring:

University degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Refrigeration, HVAC, or Energy Technology disciplines.
Proven experience and solid technical knowledge of cooling systems, preferably within industrial or offshore applications.
Strong proficiency with PC tools and the Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Independent, structured, and result-oriented work approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
Positive, solution-driven mindset with good collaboration and communication skills.
Genuine interest in energy-efficient system design and natural refrigerant technologies contributing to the green transition
