Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Digital & Technology (Merchandising) to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead strategic IT projects within the Digital & Technology – Merchandising domain, with a focus on driving digital transformation
- Define project objectives, ensure clear requirements, and lead individuals, teams, and stakeholders across the organization to successful delivery
- Report regularly to steering committees and management teams, ensuring transparency and alignment on progress and outcomes
- Drive solution-oriented discussions with technical teams and related business units
- Manage projects that involve evaluating and implementing new system solutions to enhance business efficiency within specific areas
- Possibly lead procurement processes for new systems, including evaluation, selection, and implementation phases
- Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing between the Solna and Gothenburg offices, with regular travel expected between the locations
- Ensure adherence to timeframes and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
What you bring:
- Several years of proven experience successfully leading complex IT projects in large organizations
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to create alignment around strategic goals
- Solid background in both agile and traditional project methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization
- Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative mindset
- Demonstrated experience in system implementation, system evaluation, and procurement processes
- Familiarity with retail and/or logistics operations is a strong merit
- Technical understanding and the ability to lead discussions around IT solutions
- Personal qualities such as confidence, humility, drive, integrity, strategic thinking, and high collaborative capacity
