Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Digitalization & Property Management to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead and drive the implementation of DaluxFM from initiation to operational handover
- Plan, manage, and coordinate all project activities with clear milestones and deliverables
- Ensure close collaboration between Logistics & Office, Store, Technology, and Sustainability functions
- Manage and coordinate work with external service providers and partners
- Establish new ways of working and effective collaboration models across the organization
- Oversee integration efforts together with Coor and Riksbyggen experts
- Report progress, risks, and outcomes to steering groups and project stakeholders
- Contribute to building a data-driven maintenance approach, improved follow-up processes, and stronger collaboration with FM partners
What you bring:
- Proven experience leading IT system implementation projects
- Solid background in Facility Management and real estate operations
- Strong understanding of property management, operations, and maintenance processes
- Experience collaborating with external vendors and service providers
- Ability to quickly adapt and take ownership of ongoing assignments
- Experience in establishing new ways of working within organizations
- Strong track record in change management and stakeholder engagement across all levels
- Experience managing projects in complex organizations
- Excellent communication and pedagogical skills to build understanding and engagement
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to align diverse teams and external partners
- Solution-oriented and pragmatic approach to overcoming challenges
- Ability to drive both system implementation and organizational change in parallel
