Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Driveline Development to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead and manage a driveline development project within R&D, ensuring effective planning and execution.
Act as the primary point of communication, coordinating activities across suppliers, internal teams, and multiple forums.
Prepare and deliver project status reports, highlighting progress, risks, and deviations to stakeholders.
Conduct and lead meetings, ensuring alignment and timely resolution of issues.
Manage risks, deviations, and dependencies to keep the project on track.
Drive cross-functional collaboration, ensuring successful delivery of project goals in a dynamic and complex environment.

What you bring:

5–10 years of experience as a sub-project manager or main project manager in product development within the manufacturing industry, preferably automotive.
Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deliver results under demanding conditions.
Experience collaborating across different functions and organizational levels, with a strong ability to build networks and maintain relationships.
Advantageous background in construction work or related technical disciplines.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience reporting in executive and technical forums.
A driven, confident, and proactive personality with the ability to lead teams in an intensive and fast-paced environment.
