Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Electronics & Product Development to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead and drive projects in R&D, production, and aftermarket environments with a focus on electronics, mechanics, and software development
Manage feature upgrades, unit modifications in the field, and change management initiatives
Coordinate and align with multiple stakeholders across functions and business areas
Ensure efficient project execution by taking ownership of planning, follow-up, and reporting
Contribute to continuous improvement by working close to technology and finding innovative solutions
Provide flexibility and support by taking on specific tasks that relieve the workload of regular project managers

What you bring:

Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent academic background
Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
Proven experience as a project manager in the product development industry
Strong track record of managing projects involving electronics, mechanics, and software components
Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and build effective collaborations
A self-driven mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently
Flexibility and problem-solving ability with a hands-on and pragmatic approach
Comfort working close to technology and thinking creatively to drive progress
