Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager in Supply Chain/Logistics to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead a business improvement project within Supply Chain/Logistics, consisting of three subprojects: Purchasing, Systems (IT/Business Systems), and Logistics & Warehouse.
Coordinate and manage subproject leaders to ensure alignment and progress.
Drive administration, time planning, and delivery timelines across all subprojects.
Engage stakeholders, including line managers and leaders, to secure commitment and collaboration.
Create conditions for successful change management and maintain momentum in transformation work.
Contribute to solution discussions with expertise in supply chain and logistics.

What you bring:

Extensive experience as an operational project manager within supply chain and logistics.
Proven track record of leading complex business improvement projects.
Strong administrative skills and experience in time planning and project coordination.
Ability to engage and drive stakeholders across various organizational levels.
Solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of production technology is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
