Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager -Industrial Installation to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Coordinate installation activities onsite at the new factory in Ludvika
Act as the primary link between the customer and the construction contractor during installation phases
Develop, maintain and ensure execution of installation plans in collaboration with the construction contractor
Support the project manager in installation-related tasks within industrial investment projects
Manage and align installation requirements from subcontractors supplying and installing machinery
Plan and participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
Ensure that installation activities follow safety, quality and timeline requirements
Contribute to both strategic preparation and hands-on execution during installation phases
Drive structured follow-up and reporting of installation progress

What you bring:

Engineering degree in a relevant technical field
Minimum 6 years of documented experience in project management of industrial installations
Strong coordination skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders in complex projects
Proven ability to work structured, proactively and independently
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines
Experience working onsite in industrial environments
Advantageous experience with FAT and SAT processes
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Strong focus on safety, quality and delivery precision
