Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – MES Implementation to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

Lead the implementation of a production-oriented IT system (MES) in the Finspång workshop, as part of a global digitalization and transformation program
Take responsibility for project planning, coordination, and follow-up to ensure timely and successful delivery
Collaborate closely with global teams and local stakeholders to align goals and expectations
Contribute to business excellence initiatives, operational development, and change management during the early project phase
Support sustainable handover to the business by establishing effective ways of working and securing adoption
Operate in both local and global contexts, ensuring alignment and value creation at multiple levels

What you bring

Documented experience in leading large IT/digitalization projects, preferably within production or industrial environments and with global interfaces
Education or hands-on experience in change management, with a proven ability to support organizational transformation
Fluency in both Swedish and English, with excellent communication skills in speech and writing
Strong ability to work in a structured and independent way, with high attention to detail and follow-through
Relationship-building skills, with responsiveness and the ability to meet people at different organizational levels and guide them through change
