Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager / Object Leader – Suspension Systems to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead the technical development of suspension systems from early-phase concept to industrialization for the Chinese industrial hub
Manage and coordinate technical projects, ensuring clarity, structure, and progress in uncertain and complex environments
Collaborate with external suppliers and internal teams to align requirements and deliverables
Drive decision-making and create focus to ensure timely and successful project execution

What you bring:

MSc in Mechanical, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent education
Proven experience in leading technical projects, preferably within suspension systems or related domains
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience in supplier management
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Swedish or Chinese language skills are considered a merit
Previous knowledge of development processes at the client is highly meritorious
