Assignment Overview
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager
What you will work on
- Leading and coordinating powertrain phase-out (end-of-life) projects
- Managing structured decommissioning of components and systems
- Planning and tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Identifying and managing risks, deviations, and mitigation plans
- Ensuring industrial readiness and production phase-out alignment
- Managing spare parts commitments and aftermarket considerations
- Preparing decision-making materials for steering committees
- Driving cross-functional collaboration across multiple departments
- Ensuring a controlled and quality-assured handover to product maintenance
- Supporting alignment between engineering, operations, and business functions
What you bring
- Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager within product development or R&D
- Strong experience working with complex technical systems, preferably in automotive
- Experience in powertrain (engine/gearbox) is highly valuable
- Strong capability in risk management and issue resolution
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and large-scale initiatives
- Experience with industrialization, production, or aftermarket operations is a plus
- Ability to manage project planning, milestones, and stakeholder communication
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations and steering materials
- Structured and results-oriented mindset
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
