Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Production Development to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead feasibility studies and projects focused on process optimization, machine investments, workshop restructuring, and modernization of production facilities.
- Drive production-related projects in Finspång, ensuring alignment with business objectives and manufacturing competitiveness.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of capacity needs and economic feasibility for investments.
- Define technical requirements and specifications for new machinery, equipment, and production processes.
- Develop and review layouts for new installations and relocations to optimize production flow.
- Ensure projects adhere to budget, timelines, legal requirements, and performance targets.
- Prepare decision-making documents for the steering group and key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance production efficiency and competitiveness.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in leading projects within process optimization, machine investments, and production development.
- Strong background in investment projects within the manufacturing industry.
- Expertise in analyzing and improving production processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a structured and analytical approach.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
