Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Production & Industrialization to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Plan, coordinate, and implement development and production projects to ensure timely delivery with the right quality.
Lead industrialization activities and drive product maturity.
Achieve, report, and follow up on project goals, KPIs, and metrics.
Identify, assess, and manage risks within projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with project members, program teams, and stakeholders.
Report project status and progress to steering groups and management.
Collaborate across functions including production technology, planning, purchasing, and production quality.

What you bring:

Relevant university degree in technology or equivalent professional experience.
At least 3 years of experience in project management within the manufacturing or process industry.
Strong operational and strategic thinking with the ability to take ownership and drive results.
High commitment, initiative, and a goal-oriented mindset.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills at all organizational levels.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Valid driving license.
Merits include understanding of production processes (planning, preparation, purchasing, quality, manufacturing, delivery) and experience in production management or production technology.
