Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager/Program Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead and manage large-scale, complex projects and programs with international scope.
- Drive transition and transformation initiatives, including cloud and data center migrations.
- Develop and execute detailed migration strategies and implementation plans.
- Oversee the design, planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects.
- Apply structured project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 and SAFe Agile.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of project outcomes and customer value.
- Build strong collaboration across teams, energizing and motivating colleagues throughout the assignment.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all levels.
- Support knowledge transfer and handover activities during December, taking full project ownership by end of January.
What you bring:
- 10+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally with international project exposure.
- Strong expertise in transition and transformation management, cloud environments and data center migration.
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, processes and service management.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to handle complex and demanding environments.
- Fast learner with strong ability to understand technical concepts and requirements.
- Fluent in Swedish (mandatory) and comfortable engaging with Swedish-speaking customers; English or other languages are a plus.
- Academic degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field (MSc preferred).
- Relevant certifications such as PRINCE2 (Foundation/Practitioner), SAFe Agile and Azure Fundamentals.
- Structured, results-driven and proactive in solving challenges.
- Strong team player with the ability to energize, motivate and guide others.
