Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager R&D Test to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet business objectives.
Lead and motivate a skilled project team, ensuring alignment and focus on project goals.
Collaborate with program managers and related projects to ensure cohesive and efficient workflows.
Deliver high-quality project outcomes aligned with the defined business case.
Contribute to the agile transformation within the organization by implementing and adapting agile methodologies.
Engage in regular discussions with a knowledgeable and experienced team to tackle challenges and share innovative solutions.

What You Bring:

At least 1 year of project management experience, preferably within R&D or technical domains.
Strong knowledge of gas turbine package systems, including mechanical, electrical, and/or control systems.
Familiarity with both predictive and agile project management approaches; experience in agile transformations is a plus.
Fluency in English and Swedish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to inspire and develop team members.
Willingness to work on-site in Finspång for the majority of your time.
