Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – R&D Turbine Development to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead and coordinate cross-functional development projects within turbine R&D, ensuring progress from concept to delivery
Plan, monitor, and control project activities to meet defined goals in scope, quality, cost, and timeline
Collaborate closely with specialists in design, analysis, materials, and manufacturing to integrate technical input and ensure alignment
Drive effective communication across teams and stakeholders, fostering transparency and collaboration
Report project status, risks, and achievements to management and stakeholders in a structured and timely manner
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the R&D project management process

What you bring:

Proven experience in project management within a technical or R&D environment, preferably in engineering or energy-related industries
Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
A proactive, structured, and collaborative mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive progress
Passion for learning, innovation, and contributing to technical advancements in turbine development
