Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Small Projects and Fault Investigations to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Manage small-scale projects, including fault investigations, quality improvements, and the development of lifing documentation for combustion system products
Lead fault investigations, identifying root causes, and implementing effective corrective actions
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and designers, to ensure project objectives and timelines are met
Develop and maintain project schedules, design briefs, and detailed reports to ensure alignment with project goals
Communicate project updates, findings, and progress to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency
Support design engineering tasks during peak workload periods, contributing to project success and continuity

What you bring:

Proven experience in project management, ideally within an R&D or engineering environment, or a strong drive to grow into a project management role
Solid background in design engineering, with the ability to contribute technically as needed
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive effective fault investigations and quality improvements
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Degree in Engineering or a related field, with practical experience in design engineering
