Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Technical Documentation & Business Transformation to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead and manage a business transformation project within Technical Communication.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of project activities according to defined timelines and milestones.
• Ensure effective governance, documentation, and reporting aligned with established project methodologies.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to secure smooth progress.
• Drive efficient budget and resource management across the project team.
• Align and manage stakeholders across manufacturing, central functions, and technical communication teams.
• Facilitate clear communication and expectations among all involved parties.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to secure alignment and adoption of new solutions.
• Coordinate IT, tool development, and business representatives within the project team.
• Clarify roles, responsibilities, and deliverables to ensure efficient teamwork.
• Support team members in problem-solving and prioritization.
• Lead change management activities that support the introduction of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Develop communication and engagement plans to drive understanding and adoption.
• Prepare the organization for transition through stakeholder engagement and structured change activities.

What you bring:

• Strong understanding of technical documentation processes and how content is consumed by end users and factories.
• Experience with documentation and translation workflows, including templates, structured content, and multiple document types.
• Familiarity with CMS and XML-based authoring environments, along with metadata structures and governance.
• Experience with SAP equipment structures and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Ability to act as the bridge between business and IT, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Understanding of the connection between knowledge management and technical documentation.
• Experience with, or ability to quickly learn, systems such as Windchill, Arbortext, SAP, Poka, and SharePoint.
• Self-driven leadership style with strong ownership and motivation.
• Confident communication skills across all organizational levels and global regions.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Calm and courageous decision-making abilities, particularly in challenging discussions.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to design scalable and future-proof solutions
