Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Technical Investigations to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead and execute task force projects to resolve significant site and fleet issues according to the PIP process
- Drive complex technical investigations to identify root causes and define corrective and preventive actions
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers and technical experts
- Ensure structured planning, execution, and follow-up of investigation activities according to agreements and timelines
- Communicate investigation status and findings to internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare and secure final RCA documentation and handover unresolved topics to responsible functions
- Contribute to customer satisfaction through proactive support and professional case handling
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within product support and field issue resolution
What you bring:
- 5–10 years of experience in technical engineering, project management, or international product support
- Experience from international business environments, preferably within industrial, oil & gas, or power generation sectors
- Solid technical understanding of gas turbines or similar complex industrial products
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a structured approach to RCA methods
- Proven ability to execute and deliver under time-critical conditions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, driven, and solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and cultures
