Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Technical Investigations to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead and execute task force projects to resolve significant site and fleet issues according to the PIP process
Drive complex technical investigations to identify root causes and define corrective and preventive actions
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers and technical experts
Ensure structured planning, execution, and follow-up of investigation activities according to agreements and timelines
Communicate investigation status and findings to internal and external stakeholders
Prepare and secure final RCA documentation and handover unresolved topics to responsible functions
Contribute to customer satisfaction through proactive support and professional case handling
Support continuous improvement initiatives within product support and field issue resolution

What you bring:

5–10 years of experience in technical engineering, project management, or international product support
Experience from international business environments, preferably within industrial, oil & gas, or power generation sectors
Solid technical understanding of gas turbines or similar complex industrial products
Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving capabilities and a structured approach to RCA methods
Proven ability to execute and deliver under time-critical conditions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, driven, and solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and cultures
