Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Technical Investigations to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead and deliver technical investigation projects focused on complex engineering issues for MGT gas turbines and auxiliary systems
Drive structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using PIP processes to identify failure causes and corrective/preventive actions
Manage task force projects to resolve critical field and fleet issues with high business impact
Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams of engineers and subject matter experts across global locations
Develop investigation plans, define scope and secure timely project execution
Communicate investigation progress, technical findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and external customers
Ensure high-quality final RCA documentation and secure handover of open actions to responsible engineering functions
Work proactively to improve reliability and prevent recurring technical issues
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence
Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle

What you bring:

Experience in international business environments, preferably in technical project leadership or engineering project management
Solid engineering background with good understanding of gas turbines or rotating machinery
Experience from Oil & Gas or Power Generation industries is a strong advantage
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in complex technical environments
Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving mindset
Ability to communicate complex technical matters clearly and professionally
Proactive and self-driven work style with strong execution capability
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across cultures and functions
High level of customer focus and commitment to quality and delivery
Curiosity, persistence and passion for technical problem-solving
