Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Planner to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and status reports for complex engineering projects
Propose and implement corrective actions in case of deviations from the plan
Lead pre-planning activities, including analysis of scope, work breakdown structure, quality requirements, quantities, financial and contractual obligations, and division of responsibilities
Collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure realistic, feasible project plans and assess contractors’ progress
Manage scheduling for commissioning and start-up activities
Support the project control team in developing and monitoring the project’s performance index
Work independently to lead high-complexity projects and provide guidance to junior colleagues

What you bring:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Energy
Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written
Extensive experience using Primavera P6 for project planning and scheduling
Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in project planning, preferably in engineering or energy sectors
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project risks and deviations
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
Experience in managing commissioning and start-up schedules
Capability to work independently while mentoring and supervising less experienced team members
