Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Quality Manager to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On

  • Plan, lead, and follow up on quality assurance activities within development projects
  • Ensure quality assurance in technical reviews (e.g. PDR, CDR)
  • Oversee quality aspects during prototype manufacturing
  • Participate in risk and opportunity assessments
  • Support configuration management activities to ensure correct handling of deviations, problem reports, and changes
  • Plan and implement Lessons Learned activities
  • Drive quality processes to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements

What You Bring

  • Degree in Engineering (Civil/University level) or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong ability to translate requirements into actionable quality activities
  • Experience working with quality assurance in development or industrial projects
  • Good understanding of quality methods, processes, and standards
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and complex project environments

Preferred Experience (Meritorious)

  • Experience with business or quality management systems
  • Background in quality assurance and continuous improvement work
  • Experience from international project environments
